We ship worldwide.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being received or the next working day. We send out tracking information upon the dispatch of every order. Orders worldwide will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days for standard delivery. Please note that extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays and other factors outside of our control may affect delivery times. Orders outside of Europe may be slightly more delayed than the timings as above.

Returns Policy
Bella + Frank can only accept returns made within 14 days of the delivery date, for any unsuitable item(s). All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received (i.e. must not be washed, damaged or stained, with the original tags)

Customer Returns Form
- We will confirm your return via email and provide you with a shipping label for the parcel being returned to us. Please place this label on the parcel and return it to us promptly via your most convenient post office/Royal Mail branch.
Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item(s). Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed, or 14 days for the credit voucher to be issued in the case of an exchange. Refunds are processed via the original payment method, excluding the cost of return.
Our policy in a nutshell:
– Both returns and exchanges must be made within 14 CALENDAR days of receipt of item(s)
– In both cases shipping costs will be deducted from refund or credit voucher
– Item(s) must be returned in a resalable/as new condition (i.e. must not be washed, damaged or stained, with the original tags)
– Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the receipt of the returned item(s)
– In case of an exchange, a credit voucher to use within 28 calendar days will be issued
The Eco Returns Scheme
You can return your used Bella + Frank item(s) to us at any point and in any condition, and we will send you a credit voucher for use against your next order.
Please follow these simple steps.
Email us at studio@bellaandfrank.co.uk. You will need to provide:
– Name of the item(s) you wish to return
– Total number of items being returned
We will confirm your return with 24hrs and provide you with a shipping label. Please note that we provide £15 for every 3 items (this means that you will receive another £15 for a fourth item). Upon receipt, we will confirm that each item is Bella + Frank and will then issue you with a voucher for £15 towards your next Bella + Frank purchase.
