We offer a wide range of BELLA + FRANK products, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use BELLA + FRANK e-commerce (e.g. the BELLA + FRANK mobile website), you will also be bound by the terms, guidelines and conditions applicable to the BELLA + FRANK e-commerce site (“Service Terms”). If these Conditions of Use differ from the Service Terms, those Service Terms will prevail.
These Terms and Conditions establish the general guidelines under which Bella and Frank LTD expressly regulates the relations between Bella and Frank LTD, VAT number: 311 029 557, registered at Spaces, Mocatta House, Trafalgar Place, Brighton, BN1 4DU (hereinafter “BELLA + FRANK”) and external visitors and users (hereinafter “Users”) who register and/or purchase products through the website, that is, https://bellaandfrank.co.uk (hereinafter the “BELLA + FRANK e-commerce”).
Binding Nature; Assignment
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are binding on you and us and on our respective heirs, successors and assigns. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of these Terms or our Privacy Policy, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent. BELLA + FRANK may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, or any of our rights or obligations arising under them, at any time.

You may not extract and/or re-utilize parts of the content of BELLA + FRANK e-commerce without our express written consent. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization any substantial parts of the content of BELLA + FRANK e-commerce, without our express written consent. User Agreement
The Users agrees, in general, to use the shop, purchase the products and use each of the services of the shop diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of General Conditions also should refrain from using it in any way that may impede, harm or impair the normal functioning and enjoyment of the shop by Users and can injure or cause damage to property and rights of BELLA + FRANK, its suppliers, users or in general any third party.
Intellectual Properties
The user acknowledges that all elements of the store and each of the products, information and material contained therein, trademarks, structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents and the computer programs used in relationship with them are protected by intellectual property rights and industrial owned by BELLA + FRANK.
The user should abstain from manipulating any technical device set by BELLA + FRANK into the shop site.
Trademark
BELLA + FRANK graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through BELLA + FRANK e-commerce site are trademarks or trade dress of BELLA + FRANK. BELLA + FRANK’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not BELLA + FRANK’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits BELLA + FRANK.
No BELLA + FRANK e-commerce site, nor any part of any BELLA + FRANK e-commerce, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of BELLA + FRANK without our express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing BELLA + FRANK’s names or trademarks without our express written consent.
You may use the BELLA + FRANK e-commerce only as permitted by law. Action may be taken against users who engage in conduct contrary to what is permitted herein or may be otherwise be considered misuse.
Alterations to Service or Amendments to the Conditions of Use
We reserve the right to make changes to BELLA + FRANK e-commerce, policies, terms and conditions including these Conditions of Use, and Service Terms at any time. You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions, policies and Conditions of Use in force at the time that you use the BELLA + FRANK e-commerce. If any of these Conditions of Use is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Age Restrictions
If you are under 18, you may use the BELLA + FRANK e-commerce with the knowledge and consent/permission of a parent or guardian.
Conditions of Sale
Please carefully read these Conditions of Sale before placing an order with BELLA + FRANK. By placing an order with Bella and Frank LTD, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. If these Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will prevail.
Gift Card
By purchasing and/or using the Gift Card (« The Card »), this evidences your full acceptance of our terms and conditions.
The Card is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
The Card can be used as many times and for as many purchases as the cardholder chooses until the total balance of the Card has been used up.
After using the Card, the remaining balance on the Card available will be the difference between the balance available prior to the purchase and the relevant amount used up in that purchase.
Where the purchase price is in excess of the available balance on the Card, the difference will need to be paid through any other payment means accepted at www.bellaandfrank.co.uk, as the case may be.
Any refund for items purchased with the Card which are returned will be made by BELLA + FRANK by crediting the price of the returned items back onto the remaining balance of the Card.
However, if the Card no longer exists when the items are returned, the price of the items will be credited to a Voucher Card and sent by e-mail, to the email address of the customer who made the purchase with the Card, for any refund for items purchased via www.bellaandfrank.co.uk

Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from BELLA + FRANK e-commerce the order confirmation is acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product.
We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send an e-mail or post a message on the Message Centre of the website confirming to you that we’ve dispatched the product to you.
Your contract is with Bella and Frank LTD without affecting your right of cancellation set out in the section below; you can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation relating to that product.
You consent to receive sales invoices electronically. For further information about electronic invoices and instructions on how to receive a paper copy please refer to our help pages.
Please note that we sell products only in quantities which correspond to the typical needs of an average household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.
Account & Passwords
If you use BELLA + FRANK e-commerce, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and devices, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you find some suspicious account access.
If you have any reason to believe that your password is being used in an unauthorized manner, you are responsible to inform us as soon as possible.
Applicable Law
These conditions shall be governed by British law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution that may arise regarding the validity, interpretation, fulfilment or termination of this contract will fall under the Commercial Division of Her Majesty’s High Courts, waiving the capacity that may apply to User, unless applicable, practical law so permits.
The Company Bella and Frank LTD provides products to you when you via BELLA + FRANK e-commerce subject to the conditions set out on this page. BELLA + FRANK is the trading name of Bella and Frank LTD.
Prices and Products
BELLA + FRANK e-commerce reserves the right to decide at any time the products that are offered to users via the website: https://www.bellaandfrank.co.uk. In particular, BELLA + FRANK e-commerce may at any time add new products to those already offered or included in the e-commerce store. All products (including all newly added products) will be governed by the terms herein stated. BELLA + FRANK reserves the right to refuse a sale to a customer if a price is wrongly displayed as a result of a technology, typographical or other human error. In addition, BELLA + FRANK reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating the access and/or use at any time and without notice of any of the various types of products offered in the store.
The products displayed for sale on the site will reflect as truly as is possible to the actual items offered. The characteristics of the products and their prices will be displayed on the website. The prices in the shop are in British Pounds Sterling (£), unless indicated otherwise.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the BELLA + FRANK website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
BELLA + FRANK have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. BELLA + FRANK cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
BELLA + FRANK reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. BELLA + FRANK may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. BELLA + FRANK reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that BELLA + FRANK offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. BELLA + FRANK reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
BELLA + FRANK do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

BELLA + FRANK prices are subject to change without notice.
BELLA + FRANK reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
BELLA + FRANK shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Our Liability
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the BELLA + FRANK e-commerce will be uninterrupted, and that use of and transactions via the site are without error. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, access to BELLA + FRANK e-commerce may also be occasionally and temporarily suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
BELLA + FRANK e-commerce will not be responsible for (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the BELLA + FRANK e-commerce.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal right to have goods sent or services provided within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if goods or services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
The laws of some countries do not allow some or all of the limitations described above. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Right of cancellation up to 14 days
Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods purchased. Please find more information here.

Customs
When ordering products from BELLA + FRANK e-commerce for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from BELLA + FRANK e-commerce, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
